Nothing like getting 8 hours of sleep… except for when you fall asleep on a Friday before 9 which means I’m awake before 6 on a Saturday with a show in which I won’t potentially see this bed for another 20 hours 🤔😅 Math is wild, yo.

When it comes to most normal humans, if we go to bed later, we sleep in later. When it comes to our two year old, if a storm keeps him up 2.5 hours AFTER his bedtime, he’s gonna wake up 2.5 hours BEFORE his usual wake up time and that sums up what the terrible twos are like.

Playing on the deck of bar in Manchester tonight and there’s a big showing of emo kids. We even got fella dressed in black rave dancing on a picnic table in the adjoining park.

So Kam hasn’t been sleeping great the past couple of weeks so my wife posted on FB for any suggestions/advice and what we’ve gathered is that this is a phase that could last for as much as 2-3 years. Let’s have a moment of silence for my dear friend, A Full Night of Sleep. 🙏😒😴
