378 older adults (65-89 yrs), 12-week tDCS + cognitive training, registered RCT, + 1 year follow-ups. "active tDCS group demonstrated greater reductions in depression and state anxiety compared", trivial side-effects (compared to drugs). A larger sample than FDA TMS trials.
