How can abstaining be an option? MP's are voted in to work for their constituents making decisions on behalf of them, the country and the Party. Abstaining is a cop out.

Our town centre always had at least one cop but usually with another on probation strategically placed at a point where much of the approach roads and streets could be seen. Then they'd patrol a circuit and return. It was good to see.
