I was pleased to join Tom Fletcher today in meeting with Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre in #Mogadishu to discuss what more intl. partners can do to ensure the necessary support is provided to help bring #Somalia back from the edge of #famine - millions of lives are at risk.
