I encountered the middle part/side part discourse in October? and made the decision then: as someone who resisted in middle school—the worst time of our lives—I can take it now, too. I don’t have the bone structure. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have a *ton* of work to do—grading, planning, administrative stuff, etc.—but I had meetings and worked full days every day of my spring “break” so I am going to throw open the windows, clean my house, and hopefully clear my head.
