2/3 As #nalmefene is untested in current clinical envirnmt of synthetic #opioid #overdoses and has potential to cause harm via prolonged withdrawal, it is the opinion of American College of Medical Toxicology and @aactinfo that nalmefene shouldn't replace naloxone as primary opioid antidote at this time
