Our 2 lovely L6 patients (aged 100 & 94!) attended the breakfast group this morning. Both made their own hot drink, cereal & crumpets with supervision from OT! 💚 getting the practice in before they go home 🏡 Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA)
