#recsys authors, don't forget, ACM TORS accepts 'registered reports', i.e. proposals for an experiment. It will be reviewed regardless of your results: dl.acm.org/journal/tors/a…. At a recent #Dagstuhl, we proposed this idea as "results-blind reviewing" arxiv.org/pdf/2305.01509…
