.Lowe's another year, another contract for a fence 4/2021 for install TODAY, and yet again no fence. Wrong materials were delivered, install guy is now refilling holes. This is beyond ridiculous. Seriously? When am I getting my fence? Again a whole summer with no fence?

.Lowe's just in case you missed it. Took two days off work, boarded our dog, and all for nothing. How long do I have to wait now?

It's been 3 hours since the install team notified Lowe's of the fence issue; no LIVE person has contacted me; kudos to the online customer service team though. I am at the mercy of a sales person. My issue has not even been escalated to management. I guess my $$$ is not valued.

About to be 24hrs since we contacted Lowe's and still have not heard from a LIVE person nor do I have a solution for THEIR mistake. No word from salesperson either 🤬

My Lowe's saga continues…. A month and a half with the materials on my driveway and still no fence, still without the right posts which were to be delivered today but to no ones surprise they were not.
