Appalled by Airbnb's customer service. Had to spend hours getting them to issue a refund on a discount they didn't give as a fault of their own. Won't pay us until our trip. Why am I waiting 3 months for you to pay me money you should never have taken in the first place?

Disgraceful service from Golan Telecom - spent one hour on the phone with their support staff who agreed that I shouldn't have been charged, but said there was nothing they could do. There is always something that can be done when a customer is wronged!
