CAA is the issue of giving citizenship to Hindus, Sikhs, Budhists, Jains, Christians, Parsis who have come to India due to harassment, it does not relate to removing someone. It is an act to grant citizenship, not to take away citizenship #CAAservingHumanity

By implementing CAA, Indian Government has recognized India as the sacred geography and homeland of the traditions and their adherents of non-Muslims of Indian Sub-continent #CAAservingHumanity

CAA does not violate any fundamental right of the constitution and therefore, the question of violation of it does not arise. Constitutional morality is not an unruly horse and cannot become an independent basis for challenging the validly of enacted legislations #CAAexplained

Govt is formulating policies to grant citizenship to 6 non-Muslims communities of neighboring countries who had fled from there with desire to make India their home. This gesture is not only commendable, but affirmed India’s commitment to support he human rights #CAAexplained

CAA does not apply to tribal areas of Tripura, Mizoram, Assam and Meghalaya because of being included in the Sixth Schedule of the Constitution. This keeps almost entire northeast region out of CAA #CAAexplained
