What an utter shambles from easyJet having had to turn around mid flight we’re now back at Manchester Airport and simply shipped back into the terminal with zero information. No reps or staff to answer questions or help passengers. Basically stranded not knowing what’s happening.

easyJet compensation policy is a joke. Asked you to fill in a third form only then tell you it is beyond their control that the flight was cancelled and no compensation is due. Dreadful service. A bit of transparency would have saved a lot of wasted time.
