Starting a new challenge for myself. Hitting gym 5days/week. 1g protein per body weight. Simple home cook food. Less sugar. Today’s workout 3 set of lat pull down. 3 set of rowing. 3 set of preacher curl 3 set of Hammer curl 30 min cardio.(20 min incline 10 min normal)
