In Washington DC, today, Minister of Justice Dr. Dr. Emmanuel Ugirashebuja met with Congressman Rep. Barry Moore, a member of the judiciary committee to discuss Rwanda's journey and reforms in the justice sector over the last 30 years since the 1994 Genocide Against Tutsi in #Rwanda .
