Hey JS! Need your attention for a *moment* (pun intended). TC39 is working on Temporal, a powerful Date/Time API. They **REALLY** need real-world dev feedback! Quick blog post, with links to docs, cookbook, and polyfill: blogs.igalia.com/compilers/2020… Don't miss the feedback survey.

This is a disturbing development. Last Friday, Facebook sent a cease-and-desist letter to two NYU researchers (Laura Edelson and Damon McCoy), demanding that they shut down their research into political ads and disinformation on FB’s platform. wsj.com/articles/faceb…

🔥 If you have a noisy console with lots of logs, you can group them together with .group() / groupCollapsed(). Super handy when you have huge payloads to log, like on a Node.js request . You can even interpolate data into the group title like a request ID or current time

I just saw a web development internship role on LinkedIn that requires 2+ years of experience with Java, Go, Python. Plus, it is an unpaid role :) Wtf is the world turning into?

I just optimized a critical piece of code in C# (3x boost) by doing nothing but type devirtualization, dropping yields, and removing LINQ ops. 🥳 The algorithm wasn't even touched.
