Solid pr in the 300 at our conference championship followed up by a win the 4x4 that I anchored. Looking to improve my time even more at states this Friday!

4x400m relay team of Adam Staffier, Nicco Cefalo, Arbri Halilaj and Tim Lull continue their impressive performances by winning Silver at the Division 3 Meet

The 4x400m team of (L to R) Tim Lull, Arbri Halilaj, Nicco Cefalo and Adam Staffier add to their medal collection by earning an 8th place medal among the top 24 fastest teams in the state at the Massachusetts Meet of Champions.

Ran a pr in the 400mh the second meet this season. Due to it being hand times it was converted to 58.44 which puts me second in the state at the moment.

Solid meet yesterday in very cold and windy conditions. Managed to just miss my pr in the 400mh running a time of 58.6 and then go on to also fall short of my open 400 pr running a 51.7 shortly afterwards. Overall taking everything into account I am very proud of my performance.

Placed second at Haverhill invite with a new pr 1.1 second faster than my previous. Clipped a hoodie and almost fell at the end but I fought through it.

After a huge pr in the hurdles I went on to split a 2:01 in the 4x800 helping my team place first.

Huge 1.3 pr in the hurdles from last week. Although it was hand times even with the conversion it was a great race and moves me up in the state rankings.
