Will Still has led Reims to an 18-game unbeaten run in all competitions. At 30 years old, he’s the youngest manager in Europe’s top five leagues 🤩 Reims pay a £22,000 fine each time Still manages because he doesn’t have his UEFA Pro license 😅 What an incredible story 👏

Kids deserve coaches who are all in, coaches who actively give 100%. Giving half an effort to practices, development, achievement & relationships cheats not only your players, but yourself. If you’re going to be a coach, then be an effective coach. Lazy has no place in coaching!
