Keeping children out of school does long term permanent damage and punishes working families. Children minimally impacted by COVID. Affordable equipment and models exist for screening, masking, social distancing, quarantining to keep children and adults safe. Schools must reopen

Adding states to city quarantine list is meaningless. Totally unenforceable but then intent is to create perception of action. So comforting to be protected from Idaho, Iowa, and Utah. Meanwhile over 100 homicides/ 370 shootings this month and still no witness protection program
