Did you know that Title IX gender equity rules also apply to publicity? ⁦Shwetha Surendran⁩ and I looked at how schools were using one measure of social media, and found that even as women’s sports grow, most schools still promote men’s teams more. espn.com/espn/feature/s…

Absolutely right! One more reason women athletes have to fight. The history of Title IX shows they won’t get equality unless they’re willing to sue.

Proud to be representing these courageous women, fighting for the equality that title IX requires. Please share and spread the word. Title IX has been the law for over 50 years. It’s time for all schools to comply with it, now!

Critically important: If colleges are involved in revenue-sharing with their athletes, then Title IX applies -- and equality is legally required!

Arthur Bryant (@a_h_bryant) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Title IX is the law. Any revenue-sharing by colleges has to comply with it -- and can't discriminate against women or men!

Great victory! Schools will stop discriminating against their female student-athletes and provide them with the equal opportunities and treatment Title IX requires. Women just have to keep fighting!

If this settlement is approved and schools start paying their athletes, they are going to have to treat women equally and comply with Title IX! nytimes.com/2024/07/26/us/…
