100kgでも深さとフォームそこそこ維持しながらできるようになってきたんじゃないか〜！？！？成長！
フォームも確認し合って、アドバイスもらいながらやらせてもらってるからすごくありがたい🥹🥹次回も楽しみ！！！！

音ゲーで例えるならばValkyrie dimensionの鬼の最初を全部マベで突破するのがTASでWRがPF10くらいでそれをPF9まで減らすのに約5400回かかった感じ。
DDRほど体力は使わないけど短いと癖もつくしずっと続くのはきつかった～
