My level of productivity on planes is insane. The amount of work I’ve gotten done on planes flying back and forth during this sub-internship season is shocking. Like now I know the solution to putting off writing related task….buy a plane ticket 😂

As a Match 2024 applicant, I definitely can see how virtual interviews have caused interview hoarding. If you know realistically you don't want to go to a place then don't accept the interview. That could be someone's dream program and you're just wasting everyone's time.

With residency interviews predominantly still being online, audition rotations have provided so much insight on what I need/want in a residency program. Seeing how different programs operate has been so interesting.
