Keith pauses— something doesn’t feel right. His wife shifting in the bed next to him, Keith smiles, turning off the light to keep from bothering her. Turning to lay in bed, Keith can’t shake the overwhelming feeling something is wrong.

Waking up in the middle of the night, a call from Leo to their phone, Keith panicked. Answering immediately and briefed about the accident, both sat up immediately. Mission set aside for another time, Keith set route back to Earth.

It’s always far too entertaining to see how often his friends, from when he was much younger, always seem to talk about the weirdest crap.

“Honestly, the only reason I even showed up is, one, I’m here to visit my son and daughter and two, the topic of DILF. That was a humorous topic with my kids friends.”

“Mr. Daddy Kogane to be exact.”

“Don’t get it confused, it’s mostly a joke to embarrass my older daughter.”

Chuckles. “Chaos. Wakes you up better than any morning roast of coffee.”
