Back in 2007, I met a sweet elderly widow who had deep connections with the Reagan administration. She leaned over and said: “The Cold War’s not over, you know.” With folks like Rand Paul in positions of power, the Russians are definitely winning the long game.

We are not living in a time of right vs. wrong, truth vs. error, or anything noble like that. We’re literally living in a time of virtue vs. humorless piles of insipid goo. It’s absurd.
