I've had a recent surge of people contacting me on LinkedIn about an article I published in 2019 about the two sides of mental health stigma in Asian culture - another person contacted me today. Almost 3 years later, I'm still amazed that it resonates with people!

Research proposal has been submitted. Proposal presentation date confirmed. Funding application completed. Think it's time to get away from the screen and go on a long hike!

It's been a busy few months preparing for Cambridge and other conferences, but happy to say that ethics has been approved! I'm so keen to be getting out from behind my screens and back into community and connecting with young people. (Watch this space, exciting things to come)

First conference done! 🥳✨ Very proud to have presented a conceptual paper on responsible management in the youth mental health sector at PRME Secretariat World Tour Research Development Workshop. Excited to move forward with new and improved ideas for my PhD!
