I wish we focused aggressively on SKILLS before THE LAND. In my mind... having the skills can automatically get you land. Having land, without skills, will lead to you losing that land very quickly.

You cannot complain about unemployment, when you refuse to buy from locally-owned businesses. By local, I mean your town or suburb. When you buy from "foreign"-owned businesses, you give jobs away to strangers.

Find strong leaders in your community and support them. With money, labour, tools, time, marketing, etc. Less focus on national politics & more focus on turning your community into a 1st world space.

Namibia’s foreign policy of “friends to all, enemies to none” must remain principled and undiluted by narrow self-interests. In this spirit, Namibia must remain open to meaningful collaboration and strategic partnerships.

President Thabo Mbeki was the second President of South Africa after 1994. He was the brain behind Black Economic Empowerment Law which was enacted to create a black capital class. This uplifted the likes of Tokyo Sexwale, Cyrl Ramaphosa and Motsepe. Should Namibia do the same?
