Happy to share at #EucarpiaTomato2022 the new S. pimpinellifollium (TO937) genome produced with PacBio HiFi reads and Hi-C. The assembly delivered even one full chr. (7) as one contig! completeness with Merqury >99%.. Thanks to all collaboraters and GeT_Genotoul, CNRGV - INRAE
