Please tell me why do I have to pay for a new trash can DC Department of Public Works I have had the same trash can for years and the rats has eaten in to it and I have to pay for that this is crazy I would think that they would at least give us home owners a new trash can once or twice a year. 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
