The future does not belong to the “educated”… but to those who continue to learn.

As all kinds of workplaces look to welcome folks back to the office or school, it’s important to work together to find inclusive ways of working. Our own ‘fixes’ can’t be confused with collaborative solutions.

Such a great question for all workplaces. The challenge is for leaders to dig into those norms and values and use them to co-create a positive way forward, rather than go back to the way things were before.

Being positive and optimistic during challenging times is not naivety, it’s called leadership.

If you don’t love it you’ll never be great at it. Do what you love, be devoted to your craft and show up and do the work one day at a time.
