hopeless bank service of Punjab & Sind Bank. Neither I can login to the app nor can I get my details through WhatsApp or SMS. ReserveBankOfIndia please help me. It kind of harassment to me. My balance gets deducted without prior intimation or sms or email and PhonePe shows negitive balance.
