One thing I learned today: I love building a team from scratch. The act of bringing people together to work on a common goal can be so powerful and rewarding.

A constant theme after my playing days: It’s not about how creative your ideas are/how great you are at producing an idea. It’s about putting an idea into action. We waste too much ⏰ trying to come up with the perfect idea. Start with the simple idea & see where it takes you.
