I had a wonderful time in Barcelona at #EABCT2022. Saw such inspiring research, attended a fantastic workshop on imagery techniques for #PTSD by Dr Kerry Young, enjoyed tapas with colleagues, and presented for the first time at an international conference.

It was great to (re)connect at the ABC-day yesterday UvA Amsterdam ! I got way too excited when I won a best poster award for my clinical research testing a memory reconsolidation intervention. Another highlight was the thought-provoking key note by Luiz Pessoa!

This was an interesting lecture by Pierre Gagnepain on the role of inhibitory control mechanisms in understanding variations in response to trauma. Lots of information and a nice overview of research on intrusive memories from different angles.

These EMA preprocessing tools appear incredibly useful! Excited to try them out in the future. Wish I already had them while preprocessing my EMA data on intrusive memories earlier this year!
