With EBwS Bird News Big County Birdwatch upon us, I managed to get a couple of hours in at Mersea this evening. Had a nice showy Corn Bunting and several Stonechat as the best of 30 species seen. #BCBW

A few shots from the pop up event organised by EBwS Bird News and Bird Aware Essex Coast this week. Med gulls, Rock Pipit, Turnstones, and a Shag at the end of Southend Pier was an unexpected treat! 😀
