Prophet ﷺ said: No believer turns his face to Allāh and ask him for something except that He gives it to him, either by giving it to him sooner in this world or storing it up for him in the next world. (آل الأدب المفرد ٧١١)

Shaykh Abû ‘Abdillâh al-Hâshimî was asked: Is visiting graves during ‘Eid a Bid’ah? He answered: Yes it is a Bid’ah and misguidance, and Allâh knows best.

🤲 Raise Your Hands and Ask On the authority of Salman al-Farisi, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: Indeed, your Lord — Blessed and Most High — is Shy and Most Generous. He is shy that when His servant raises his hands to Him, He would return them empty. 📖 Sahih Abi Dawud (488)

أحيوا في نفوسكم ذكرى أوَّل رمضان، وما كنتم عليه من الاجتهاد في العمل؛ لتكونوا عليها في آخره، revive within yourselves the memory of the first days of Ramadan and the diligence in worship that you were upon, so that you remain upon it in its final days.

Imām Ash-Shāfi said: It has us reached that it used to be said that duā is answered on five nights: night of Friday, the night of Eid al-Aḍḥā, the night of Eid al-Fiṭr, the first night of Rajab, and the night of the middle of Shaʿbān. [Kitāb al-Umm by Imām Ash-Shāfi 2/485]
