americanair I am writing to express my frustration regarding the complete lack of response to multiple emails I have sent to your team over the past 2 months This lack of communication is both disappointing and unacceptable, especially from a company of your size and reputation
americanair always delays flights. I think like 7 of my last 9 flights were delayed. #DoBetter SMH
americanair is not offering any compensation for running my travel plans one month ago. They are offering me the legal required amount through the UK law and telling me to kick rocks. DONT NOT TRAVEL THIS AIRLINE. Tadaria from customer service is a rude loser also! DONT FLY
americanair fly United instead. They give goodwill gestures to their customers. American literally is telling me to kick rocks after sending my gf to a foreign country all alone over night. There’s 100 better airlines to fly
I got home this morning after traveling with americanair for 12hrs. We had a 2 hour delay before boarding…they “cleaning” the plane. We sat on the plane for 2 more hours…they were “fixing a mechanical issue that would only take a few minutes” We then were told to deplane.
americanair I don’t want to be “that guy…” the complaining passenger. I asked once about 30 minutes into the flight. You’d think this flight was going to/from Alaska given the number of coats, hoodies and sweaters being worn. Not from 88 degree NYC to 110 Las Vegas.
americanair The blues felt appropriate. Two birds pulled from service, two days in a row, one in JAX, one in ORD. What’s going on in your fleet? A rain delay due to lightning affecting ground crew, I get. But are your plains missing routine maintenance?

Why is an American Airlines flight that is 1.5 hours long and direct from Charlotte to Cincinnati $780? wtf are we doing? americanair can you explain why the fare is so high? It’s a month in advance.
americanair Please do. And then they told us (at least 10 guest) that the bags weren’t even going to be at the jet bridge, that we had to go to baggage claim THATS WILD
americanair after making us walk literally 3 miles from gate to gate changing it over and over at ORD. I GET MY LUGGAGE AND ITS BROKEN. 😵💫 and there are no employees at CVG to report it to.
