Really liking the new training load feature in iOS 18. It provides a good insight on how consistent your effort has been in the current week compared to the last 28 days.

Hmm I haven’t checked my battery health for a while… Oh.

Ok I’m enjoying the flexibility with this new iOS 18 control center. This layout kind of reminds me of OneUI’s quick panel.
