The total budget for the Deep Retrofit Pilot grant scheme was €21.2m over 2017-19. 350 homes have had grants and approved. SEAI CEO Jim Gannon has indicated average grant was under €25k, meaning a total of €8.75m. Where’s the other €12.5m?
