Too many of us hold ourselves hostage because of doubt & disappointment.

But even “the best of the best” have questions & doubt.

To get to a level we have not reached before we have to remember who we are, what we are about, and how far we have come.

Respond: poised, purposeful, never rattled.

React: emotional, unprepared, inconsistent.

Today I worked out 2 different HS players in Arizona.

I rarely get to do this, but everytime I do, I really enjoy it.

My biggest takeaway:

Young players will rise to the standards they are held to. Communicate, Motivate, & Challenge them to DO MORE…SO THEY BECOME MORE!
