The weather hasn’t been kind, but we’ve still managed a fantastic 5 day pre-season camp Millfield Cricket 🏏

A brilliant opportunity to bring together the Professional squad and Academy to continue the season preparations.

Here are some clips from a fantastic fielding club on Friday where we encompassed ground fielding, shorter and longer distance throwing and catching within this activity. It was great to see Girls and Boys ranging from year 10 to upper sixth students all fielding together !🏏

Many congratulations to U6th & Meyers XI skipper Archie V for being selected for Somerset Senior first team pre season tour to Abu Dubai. Archie has worked incredibly hard over the winter & are looking forward to seeing how he goes in the summer🏏 #somersetcricket

Fantastic to see Lower Sixth student Lilly H and Year 11 student Laila M selected in the Somerset Women’s squad. Can’t wait to see them play over the summer!

Congratulations to the Girls Under 15 indoor team for a fantastic set of performances that lead to them being runners up in the county final. The team showed fantastic skill, determination and teamwork. Thankyou to Somerset cricket foundation for organising the tournament!

It was fantastic to have our Mindset coach Lewis Hatchett in yesterday to deliver another set of sessions around building confidence and positivity. It was brilliant to have some really insightful conversations with students across our program.
