A superb day for our KS3&4 athletes taking 1 gold, 2 silvers, 3 bronze and a number of top 8 placings at the district track and field champs. Well done to Mia for breaking the district school hammer record and another ESAA qualifying mark 🙌

Well done to Mia F who at the weekend won GOLD in the South of England Junior Girls Hammer with a new personal best throw of 45m72. 🥇🏆

Well done to Mia F, Kirstie M & Charlie E for representing the North beds schools athletics team at last nights county school competition. Mia won the discus and hammer setting a championships best in the hammer, before coming 5th in the 100m and winning the girls 4x100 relay.

Kirstie was 2nd in the inter girls 300m hurdles and Charlie placed 3rd in the junior boys 80m hurdles and 3rd in the high jump with a new personal best of 1m55. All 3 were amazing 🙌

A great day of tennis with these boys, lots of games won, others drawn and some lost. y10 coming 6th and y9 a creditable 9th out of the 12 teams competing.

Well done to the u14 basketball team getting there season off to a winning start away at Goldington. The boys performed very well winning 27-43. MVP Liam for excellent execution and keeping the score board ticking.

A spirited performance from the y11 boys in tonight’s opening game of the district football league. It was a well contested game which saw them on the wrong end of a 4-2 final scoreline. Lots of positives to take to the next match, great attitude shown by all 🙌

Well done to the y9 boys basketball team this afternoon who put in a good performance against a very strong Wixams Academy side, although we didn’t get the win, they put together some great play and showed excellent teamwork and resilience throughout. Final score 56-26 MVP John

A great 2 weeks of district table tennis, these boys did excellent finishing 2nd and 5th in there respective groups. With team 1 qualifying for the county round later next month losing only to Bedford school A 🏓🥈
