Congratulations to my brilliant friend, colleague, and officemate Doctor Kara Hooser! UChicago CIR is so lucky to have you now!

If you're a grad student in IR, I strongly recommend applying for the IR Theory Colloquium. It's a unique opportunity to get really substantive feedback from a great community. Grateful to @JenniferMitzen Stacie Goddard and Sebastian Rosato for running it! tinyurl.com/yffzdp4f

Some professional news: I'm extremely excited to have accepted a position as an Assistant Instructional Professor in the Master of Arts Program in Computational Social Science at The University of Chicago. Really thrilled to start teaching in a great program and to be moving back to Chicago!

I want to echo Jordan Becker. It was a privilege to work on this tribute to Bear Braumoeller and I’m very grateful to Jordan, Diane Labrosse, and each of the contributors.
