And we will bring in a Community Policing Guarantee, with 13,000 more neighbourhood police and PCSOs to crackdown on shoplifting and keep the public safe.

Shoplifting is up 30% in the last year, with over 1,000 offences are being committed daily. The Tory shoplifter’s charter means that police don't investigate thefts under £200.
