I’m so excited to be a candidate for Board of Education in District 2! As a current classroom teacher, I know the triumphs and difficulties MCPS encounters daily. Join me as we aim to provide the highest quality public education we possibly can to all in Montgomery County!

This is me today with a student of mine at Wheaton Woods Elementary School. I am so proud of the teaching, learning, and smiles that happen in my classroom. Working at a Title I Community School, I know how critical every dollar is in the MCPS budget.

I’m proud to be a Gun Sense candidate from Moms Demand Action. As a classroom teacher, I am acutely aware of the importance of gun safety when it comes to our schools and our children.

Such valuable conversations happening tonight as MCPS searches for a superintendent. I was so fortunate to attend and listen to what parents, students, community members, and educators are seeking in leadership. Stakeholder input is essential for the Board of Education!
