This was a Wild ALCS Game 3. David Fry was the hero in extras. When I went back and watched, I realized David Fry got almost the same pitch location from Gerrit Cole in Game 2 that he got from Clay Holmes Game 3. The difference? How Cole and Holmes fastballs play.

If anyone questions Ohtani and his contract just look at the crowd he and other Japanese stars bring WORLDWIDE. Tokyo dome at capacity to watch him and others, and he does this for the crowd.

I’m torn on this because on one side going 9 innings against a ranked SEC opponent is uber impressive. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 On the other hand 135 pitches? Don’t love it but gotta trust a program like LSU and their track record.
