Wales has more than 2000 redundant chapels, spaces with deep local meaning but lost primary uses. Many Welsh communities also face acute shortages of housing affordable by young locals who want to stay in area. Can one help provide a solution for the other? We hope to learn.

Day 26 of #30dayswild Some damp, cool greenness after a few days of dry and hot. Trees clean your waters, clean your air, cool your cities, capture your carbon, and grow your food, timber and fuel. #MoreTreesPlease tdag.org.uk

Day30 of #30DaysWild Why have I done this? I've been trying to help people develop a deeper personal connection with their natural habitat for 40+ years Miles Richardson worked out how to measure it, and when I'm feeling low, I find it helps to remind myself to practice, so I do!

Ruth Tingay FWIW,when I worked in woodlands where pheasant had been released I found ticks most days, my record was 11 on my arms in one day. I also caught Lyme disease. Significantly fewer ticks now I work in woodland where there is no pheasant shooting.
