ACU POLICE DEPARTMENT and Abilene Police Dept chiefs attending Bill Blackwood LEMIT’s Texas Police Chief Leadership Series in Galveston, Texas. The program is taught by nationally recognized experts. Both police chiefs have made it a tradition to attend the conference together.
