Sports personality of the year. I have to ask how and why is Jermain Defoe OBE not up for this award. A sportsman who brought a bit of happiness to young dying boy. Went out of his way to comfort the boy and make him smile. He’s my sports personality of the year! Easy!

So I spent this evening and tonight out with the most amazing person I have ever met Duane Saunders. This guy spends hours walking the streets of the city we live in making a huge difference to so many less fortunate than ourselves. Can’t begin to explain how he makes people feel...
