Today, Jack Andreasen Cavanaugh and I submitted a comment to U.S. EPA on the proposed repeal of the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Program (GHGRP). While we applaud efforts toward regulatory efficiency, repealing the GHGRP would create a net cost burden and hurt American energy producers. 🧵
