@WomenEMSYH #wle there’s actually more flexibility in leadership. When you’re not bound to the rigidity of timetabled teaching there are more opportunities for jiggling your day around a bit.

@WomenEMSYH #wle if there’s a chance you can build in an extra 1/2 day of childcare in addition to your contracted hours you’ll feel a whole lot better. Extra time to get life admin done - bank visits, health checks, cleaning or just sleeping! Means time with family is not just then errands
