Our staff is solutions oriented and is a part of instead of apart from. They unite for students and all that serve them. No matter what, they rise to the occasion. This is what they always do. Character is not defined when life is good; it is defined when life is a challenge.

Leadership is not ‘your way’ or ‘my way’; it is our way. That is the strength of our school; shared leadership is why we are successful year in and out. When you are united, everything is possible!

It’s not about equality or equity, it’s about eliminating the barriers to each. When this occurs, effective conversations ensue regarding expectations and performance for all students as the playing field is level and accessible for all. Let’s focus on the root cause-barriers!

Trent accepted to JMU; he will be cruising the campus I did 36 years ago. Proud of him and how he represented as a student leader in our school and the division! Model student, great young man!
