The "never do PoCs" advice in SaaS is wrong. Smart PoCs convert to ARR 80% of the time when you have clear success criteria, multi-threaded buy-in, and agreed long-term structure. Most PoC requests are just masking indecision or lack of authority - learn to spot the difference.
